You don't need to know what's wrong. You just know something needs to change.
You might be doing pretty bloody well on the outside. Holding everything together, managing the responsibilities, being the person everyone relies on. But somewhere along the way, you've started wondering where YOU fit into all of it.
Perhaps you've recently discovered you're neurodivergent and you're looking back at your life with a completely different understanding of yourself. Perhaps you're exhausted by the expectations, the people-pleasing and the endless pressure to keep going. Or perhaps life looks perfectly fine on paper, but there's a part of you that knows there's more to experience than simply getting through the days.
You don't need to arrive with a neatly packaged problem. That's something we can explore together.
What happens when we work together?
First, you get to be heard. Properly heard. Not interrupted, rushed towards a solution or handed another list of things you should be doing.
I'm interested in the whole of you. The stories you've been telling yourself, the expectations you've been carrying, the things that light you up and the things that quietly drain the life out of you. I'll listen carefully, notice what isn't being said and ask the questions that help you see things differently.
And yes, I'll challenge you. Sometimes gently, sometimes rather directly, and quite often with a good laugh thrown in. Because I'm not interested in helping you become better at tolerating a life that doesn't work for you.
My coaching brings together over 25 years of experience, psychology, emotional intelligence, an understanding of neurodivergence and a deeply intuitive, person-centred approach. We make room for your thoughts, your feelings, your body, your desires and the parts of yourself that may not have had much of a say for a very long time.
This isn't about me telling you who you should be. It's about discovering that for yourself, and then doing something meaningful with what you find.
Understanding is only the beginning
Understanding why you do something can be a revelation. But understanding alone doesn't always change how you live.
We explore what you've been carrying, what you've learnt to believe about yourself and what you actually want. Then we look at what needs to change, because there's not much point having a wonderful revelation on a Tuesday if by Thursday you're back to living exactly as you were before.
That might mean changing how you manage your energy, your work or your relationships. It might mean learning to trust your judgement, recognise your needs, set boundaries or advocate for yourself without feeling you have to apologise for them.
And sometimes it's about rediscovering pleasure, joy, confidence and the sheer bloody delight of feeling alive.
The important thing is that you begin making choices based on who you are and what matters to you, rather than automatically doing what everyone else expects.
What could be different?
Imagine recognising when you're slipping into old patterns and knowing you have a choice about what happens next. Being able to say what you need, make decisions you trust and stop spending quite so much energy keeping everyone else comfortable.
Imagine having more of yourself available for the people, experiences and things that genuinely matter to you.
Not a perfect life. Not a completely different personality. Just more freedom to be yourself, with the confidence and courage to live accordingly.
That's the work I love doing.
Where do we start?
With a conversation.
Book a free Clarity Call. Tell me what's going on, what you're questioning or what you'd love to feel differently about. I'll listen, we'll explore it together and work out whether and how I can help.
No complicated menu. No pressure to have all the answers.
Just a conversation about you.
